Unable to send OTP via email

I want to send OTP to user via email.

I configured following:
1- SMTP Server Configuration
2- Email Token Settings
3- Enrolled a Token

Now, when I authenticate a user, I see following error message in Audit Log- “The PIN was correct, but the EMail could not be sent”

I think I might have to configure a “trigger admin” but not sure how to do it and what all configuration is required.
Please help me with this.

These are the three steps you need to do. Did you test your server configuration?

You could also check the logs on your mail server! The mailserver could also block the sending of your email (I saw this before due to some restrictive email server configurations)
