Trouble login with fortigate ssl vpn

Hello.We have a privacyidea 3.10 open source with freeradius plugin in our company.We’ve succeed to test it with an AD user

over fortigate test credentials.It seem works properly.But when i try to login with fortigate ssl vpn ,it didn’t work.I use two policies which is used for token and the other one attributes respond.All seems good.Possibly i thought that i missed something when i configure in fortigate firewall.Is there anyone who met a problem like this?I will be apprecated if anyone who can help me about this.Thanks advance

Please have a look at the Audit entry for the login (action: /validate/check), it might offer some information why privacyIDEA rejected the request.
Also it might be helpful to restart the FreeRADIUS server in debug mode (freeradius -X) to get some more information.

Hello plettich.Thank you for your feedback,i’ve already handle it.I edited rlm.ini file and authenticate policy for challenge and it works after that.
