There is no QR code in the email,What is the correct configuration

this can have several reasons, usually it is the email client.

Not sure if you ever found a resolution to this but I was able to successfully embed the QR code for outlook by setting mimetype to html and wrapping the googleurl_img tag in html image tags. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to style the image so it’s pretty big. <img src="{googleurl_img}" />

Hi Orest_Gulman! You have to uncheck attach_qrcode box, change mimetype to html and copy this to the body $img src=“cid:token_image” alt=“Token Image” style="…"/$ Replacing $ with < and >

You might also need to check the rest of the configuration of your event handler (conditions and general settings)!

The {googleurl_img} is “None”, which looks suspecious.
