Setup privacyidea for RD Gateway or RD Webaccess

Hi all,

Does any know of any guides for privacyidea to be able to link it to the Microsoft RDS (2012 r2 or 2016) RD Webaccess or RD gateway? So users have to enter their OTP (or a push) either with the RD Webaccess or RD gateway.

I realise this would be possible with the credential provider installed on the RD session host but wondered if there was a way to do it before the session host is run.
