I really need help urgently.
Yesterday during the day I was working with PrivacyIDEA and everything was functioning normally. However, later that same evening the entire web interface suddenly broke. Most of the buttons, token management options, and other UI elements disappeared, and the overall functionality is basically unusable now.
The only thing I did before this happened was attempting to create and configure a policy via the PrivacyIDEA web interface. My goal was to allow login to the PrivacyIDEA WebUI using an LDAP account instead of only the default admin user. After adjusting the policy, everything seemed fine at first, but a short time later the UI completely collapsed.
To rule out configuration mistakes, I already restored a backup from two days earlier (to be 100% sure it was a clean setup), but the issue remains — the site is still broken in exactly the same way.
Has anyone experienced something similar or can point me in the right direction on how to fix this? I would really appreciate any help. I’m stuck and need a solution urgently.
