After upgrading to PI v3.0 the wizard command “pi-appliance” not working anymore.
only have pi-manage and
pi-appliance_2.1~dev1_all.deb

The pi-appliance is currently only available for enterprise customers and runs currently only on Ubuntu 16.04.
Your comment “After upgrading … not working anymore” is not very precise.
