PI 3.10.1 internal SQL user and Custom User Attributes

Hello,

I just installed PI 3.10.1 on a box running Ubuntu server 22.04. I’m looking to utilize custom user attributes via an internal sql resolver. I’ve noticed that when I set the parameters in my admin policy(key and value) and then attempt to assign these to my user, the key appears in the dropdown but the value is blank and will not allow me to assign anything to it.

On an older 3.9 box that I have, I’m able to assign custom attributes to the internal SQL username. Any ideas? Maybe a bug or has the syntax changed between versions? See attached screenshots of my config for my 3.10 environment. Thanks!

Joe

Hi, thank you for reporting this issue. It seems to be a bug. I’ve created an issue on github:

We will fix it in the next version (3.10.2).
