Message: No module named cx_Oracle

Hi all,

after installing Oracles instand client, cx_oracle and modifying the SQLALCHEMY database uri we get the error message: "No module named cx_Oracle with code: “-500” when accessing the web interface

Is there a howto or at least a doc which could get me into the right direction to configure PrivacyIDEA to work with Oracle DB?

No, there is not.
did you install cx_oracle in the python virtualenv?
