I’ve set up privacyIDEA with TOTP, but the generated codes aren’t being accepted during login. Time sync looks fine. Any ideas?

You can always check the audit log in the webui. The contents of /validate/check request can give you some insights.
What TOTP settings are you using? Which authenticator app (I recommend the privacyIDEA authenticator) are you using. Some are not compatible with all settings!
Where are you trying to login?
