iOS App v3.0.8 loses push-tokens

Hi,
we are facing a problem with the new iOS App 3.0.8: a PUSH-Tokens is rolled out and working. After closing the app, the token is not shown anymore. A restart of iOS changes nothing. The “Synchronize push tokens” is also not working, which URL must be reached from the mobile?
Tested with some iPhones and iPads with different iOS Versions.
The Android 3.0.8 does not have this problem.
