maybe someone can give me a hint for my problem:
I have many LDAP-AD-Users authenticating via Radius → rlm_perl → privacyidea. Now I have 1 user who is able to login in the webui, but when authenticating via Radius he always gets “wrong otp pin”.
This is really sparse information in regards to your setup.
If you think the user does everything OK, maybe the user could try to change his PIN.
There could be issues with certain encoding in the RADIUS protocol.
It was the encoding. The portal that uses Radius was not configured with UTF8.
