I’m trying to manage Extreme switch. I have the switch configured for authentication. Unfortunately, when I log into the switch it places me in the user mode and not admin mode. GTAC from Extreme state that the Radius server is the problem. It needs attribute 6 to return for admin access. This switch is not like a Cisco switch once you authenticate you can go into enable mode to configure the switch. Any and all help is welcome. Thanks,
