Enroll new TOTP token error

I have just installed privacyIdea successfully, after created new realm and user in that realm I enroll new token, it’s TOTP token. After submit It popup error says “list index out of range”. I faced the same problem with HOTP token.
Is it a problem and how do I fix it?

Hi,

this is weird. Can you have a look at the privacyidea.log? It should contain more information and a traceback for the exception. If not, you might need to turn on DEBUG logging first: https://privacyidea.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation/system/logging.html

This could be due to the configuration of the resolvers.

@nhnam1105 What resolvers do you have defined?
