Is there a way to configure Email SMTP Per Realm ?

Let Me explain to you what i want to do
i’m using Email OTP and i have a client per realm, each client refers to company , and i want to configure email SMTP for each of them as they differ in IP and Sender
is there a way to do this , or can i use any of policies or events to do this ? if yes , which one ?
Unfortunately, this is not supported out of the box.
