Change a serial to name of user

Hi!
When I enroll a new token, pi give a token with serial of this token, like this:

otpauth://totp/TOTP00005D8B?secret=HUYOYVQPLOAHCQ26VY6JTL5KJLT2K5FF&period=30&digits=6&issuer=privacyIDEA

So, if I scan qr-code corresponding this otpath with mobile app, I receive a serial number instead of a user name. Is it possible change this serial number to a user name (of course it is possible in mobile app) while enroll a new token, if yes how to change it?
