Authorization after page refresh

Hi everyone,

I fresh install PrivacyIDEA (version 3.8.1) on Almalinux 8.7.

Further in the testing process I found a problem. After restart webpage, authorization will be required again.
And I see an error on the login page:

Authentication failure. Missing Authorization header.

I found a topic on this problem, but could not figure out how to solve it:
