I see on this article that PrivacyIDEA could authenticate users with their certificates, is it possible to have some more information about timestamp signature? format of timestamp ? etc…

welcome to privacyIDEA. The wiki page you linked is a pure concept and currently not implemented.

What do you want to achieve?
