Assigning a single machine to an offline HOTP token

Hello,

If I assign an HOTP token to a user using the ‘offline’ application, the ‘machine ID’ automatically changes to ‘any machine’. Is it possible to set this to only a single machine like the ‘luks’ and ‘ssh’ applications? Or is this a feature/limitation of the offline application?

This is a feature, since it is not necessary to assign a distinct machine.
The first machine, that uses the token to authenticate, will get the offline data of this token.
