500 Internal server error Ubuntu

Hi all,

I recently set up a privacyIDEA server with Nginx, and it was all working properly.
Today, I experimented a bit with the policies tab for the admin scope, and suddenly the web UI shows an “Internal Server Error” message.
When I send a GET request, I also get a 500 response.
The logs don’t show anything unusual.

How can I start troubleshooting this?

I’ve manged to sort that issue by setting the privacyidea log file user and group owner to privacyidea user.
