UTF-8 for e-mail and sms

Hi,
Is there any way to configure PrivacyIDEA with UTF-8 for e-mail and sms?
Of course, I can develop python scripts for sms and email, but I think, this solution is not so elegant…

I’ve noticed, PrivacyIDEA supports only ASCII for descriptions too, I see error or ??? symbols instead my characters (it depends from PrivacyIDEA version).
I will be grateful for any answer)

Can you please be more specific?

Describe where this happens (emails are used in many places) and what you configured. Where you tried to use utf-8 and where it failed.
