User wizard. SImple setup

Hello,

I just wrote a new howto to describe the setup with the new
privacyidea-appliance package.
Hm, i realized, that still the setup has about 6 steps to describe -
configure the useridresolver and configure the realm…

See https://github.com/privacyidea/privacyidea/issues/39

So I am thinking of a nice way to ease the setup.
I am not sure, if I like the wizard. The wizard would also have several
dialogs to fill out.

OK, the wizard also could be one question in a dialog:

“I realize, that you do not have any users configured.
Do you want me to create a default realm with
the local users?”

Yes would create a resolver pointing to /etc/passwd and a realm with
this resolver.
Both resolver and realm would have default names, thus expecting NO user
input.

What do you think?

Thanks a lot and kind regards
Cornelius

The dialog with a question to setup a default resolver will be available in
