Add text/comment to token in Authenticator app

I have added a HOTP token in the privacyIDEA Authenticator App (on Android).
Now I want to add another token for another environment. How can I easily distinguish the two tokens in the future (I do not use them very often)?
It looks like the only human way to identify the tokens in the App is by token-id, would it be possible to add some text per token so that I can put something meaningful there?
